so. i was thinking about the Akatsuki, and how badass they all are. and i was thinking about how they all paint their nails blue.
and then i wondered if they paint their toenails, too. XD in my head, Kisame is in the background with a giant sweatdrop and a 'wtf?!' look on his face...X3 on the technical side of things -- as you can see, strathmore drawing paper is cream-colored and has a light but consistent texture. it seems to resist smudges pretty well, unless i erase too much. it's entirely possible that itachi's feet are different sizes....but feet are hard to draw, so cut me some slack, eh?  EDIT this piece is much nicer in FULLVIEW. hint hint, nudge nudge. please, if you like me, fullview. UPDATE: April 2005 YES! episode 81 of the anime confirms it -- itachi paints his toenails, bwahahaha. yeah, so Uchiha Itachi is © Kishimoto. i wonder what shade that nail polish is? hm... |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. i figured that itachi would be super-focused on just about anything he does. and it's hard work to paint your nails perfectly!

Everything looks wonderful and you can't really tell that the feet are different sizes unless you're looking for it. (at least I wouldn't have caught it if you hadn't said anything ^.^)
